Absolutely magical store and experience. Michael never fails to inspire and amaze. Beautiful helpful staff who went out of their way to locate an item i really wanted.

Absolutely the most pathetic customer service. The products are beautiful, however, their processing and delivery are terrible. I ordered a gift on 11/27 and never am still waiting for it on 12/21. I continuously call and email to obtain a status and am constantly told to leave a message and their team will get back to me. When you pay this much for upscale artwork you expect that someone would be available to talk to and to provide an order update. Extremely frustrating. I caution anyone who is looking to order from Aram to think twice. His artwork is not the only gift available. They need to get their act together and be more attentive to their customers.

i think this is really a good idea to open the store in this area because you will get a new customer from a different backgroud and country, souvenir product will always intetersting for anyone

Amazing products - each of them true piece of art made with love. Fantastic Flagship store in NYC, love being there, and the staff is the best! So helpful, friendly and dedicated!
