Ordered a bunch of furniture as we just moved to the city. Emily helped us and she is great. Highly recommend. Post order, lots of issues with quality of furniture being delivered. Stuff was chipped, dented, had nails sticking out etc which you dont expect from a store like C&B. Wasted countless number of vacation days staying at home waiting for them to deliver and then come back again to pickup. Anyways, the worst experience is the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the store furniture manager Greylam! So rude, whole saga and too much to type. Been trying for 2 days to get to the store manager so I can share my feedback but each time I call, I get Greylam who hangs up on me or another associate puts me on hold for manager and then I am hung up on. Today was told both managers above him are off today and there is no store manager working which I find hard to believe. Avoid this store. As much as I love Emily and other employees were great, the management is awful and stuff will go wrong where you will have to deal with rude and unprofessional people like Greylam.

Small typical cafe in New York. The sandwich was reheated, which further improved the taste and experience. There is also a toilet here where you just have to ask for a code.
