        We had help from Holly at The Westchester shopping mall. She is an FIT graduate and worked tirelessly designing a new living room for us. She helped us with fabrics, a sofa, a beautiful rug, a swivel chair and a media unit. She stayed with us for hours until we had the perfect design. I am so happy with her expertise and especially her patience. Many thanks Holly! Well be back to get a new bedroom!

        Absolutely useless. Incompetent and actively rude customer service. Do they hate single men? Maybe they only want to talk to women and decorators? I went in, associates are not interested in helping, point you around the store, don't take time to work with you. I had to chase them down for follow ups and they still dropped the ball.
