Crate & Barrel

We bought over $2600 worth of bedding in this store on March 6th. The clerk entered the wrong delivery address and we didnt check it carefully. After we found the problem at home, we returned to the store to change the delivery address. The other goods were received on time, but there was one item that we havent received yet. We called them to inquire. We called them three times, but no one helped us solve the problem. One of them gave me an email address of their employees and asked me to send an email to inquire. I sent the email but didnt receive a reply, so we havent received the missing item until now! ! We will never go to this store again...

Ann-Dee and Angela-Grace were tremendously helpful! They guided us as we furnished our kitchen and living room with new furniture. Both super friendly and super patient during a large, complex order. Ill definitely shop here again in the future!

Sophia was absolutely amazing. She guided my husband and I to buy our coffee machine. She walked us through all the different options and I have to say it was one of the best buying experiences Ive had in a store. If you are looking for a good coffee machine come see Sophia! She is a coffee lover like us and definitely will help you make the right decision! The manager Travis was also super friendly and helpful! This store recently updated their showroom and it is so easy to shop around without getting overwhelmed. This store has wonderful staff like Sophia and Travis and will make your shopping experience much more enjoyable!

Great quality furniture and home decor. You can find anything from rugs, sofas, throws, kitchen accessories, chairs, and so much more. The staff is very helpful and professional. The store is spacious, clean and organized. It also has a bathroom for customers. The merchandise is pricey but has proven quality. Just bought my second sofa and ottoman.
