        WoW. If I was able to give 5+ stars, I would. The team at the 83rd location of Enterprise went above and beyond for my group and I. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Nikki, Taj, and Will. When we had difficulties processing the rental, they figured out the best possible solution and completely accommodated us. They're spirit and positivity, even at 8am might I add, were so amazing. Typically the rental car experience can be arduous and headache-inducing. However, these individuals made it the highlight of our trip. Another shout out to Nikki, who kept out heads on straight and helped us along every step of this journey. If you have a choice of where to rent in NYC, choose Enterprise at 83rd. Thanks again to this amazing team!

        The staff was lovely. The car was in excellent shape with a full tank of gas. The garage stays open until 11 pm so you can drop it off later than this enterprise hours
