Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I reserved a car on Feb 11th for the 22nd. They call at 7pm the day before and told me they had no vehicles.

They are charge me for the car,im prepayd on wedside,spend my last money,and when i came to pick up car,they ask me for more 250$ deposit wich is i can not pay from my debit card. And now im am in the midlle of nowhere,in small airport,in freezing winter time. Why they are charging money if its not complited proccess? Why they dont gave car for me if they allready charge money for it?

Usually I have no problems. But isnt their saying we will pick you up. Not we will pick you up if we are not busy. I have had pick up before at my location and this time they cant. Really should not use that advertisement slogan its a set up for a false advertisement law suit.

Don't have a compliant I do have a question and concern. Elmira Airport , Allegiant Air and Rental Car services all need to be on the same page. Allegiant has late flights which don't get in until after 8 pm, the rental car places either close at 5 pm or at 8 pm, which makes it difficult to rent a car if your flights lands at 8:30 pm. If you live in the area, ok you get a ride but if you DO NOT.. You can't come back the next day for a car , if you are there for a family vacation, well you could if you plan on sleeping at the airport. Does enterprise extend their times to meet the airlines landing times for those who are vacationing in the area.
