Fast, friendly service. Made everything completely easy and quick for me. Explained anything to me in layman's terms that I didn't understand and made me feel completely satisfied with my decisions. Definitely will use them next time I need to rent a car.

I had called frantically in need of a car, and the two lovely employees Ali M, and Kelly Y could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They provided me with a beautiful clean car, and I could not be happier with the service. I recommend this business and there help 10/10 times

Update 3/2/21 - No resopnse from "care". F--- Enteprise!!!! Update 2/22 7:19 am --- LMAO . . . just got the auto response - "please email care@etc. Guess what. I did that a week ago. Still no response Called 3 times trying to resolve a rental replacement issue (not of this location's making). Got 3 different "procedures". None of which turned out to be correct, per the company. They had no cars available. Ok. I understand that. We had just had a huge snowfall. But I was told they would call when they had availability. That was over a week ago. As for the company itself . . . AVOID ENTERPRISE. If you ever need roadside assistance, you'll talk to someone overseas. They are unable to accomplish anything.

It has been a while since I rented a car. And I can say that things improved and for the good side of things. They make the pick up and drope easy, they get you clean car, and they get you all you need for a good experience. Needed to wait for my car so didnt really liked that, but besides that it was good.

It was a pleasure to have rented from this location. It was very close to closing time.The attendant was curtious and patient. The only problem was the car was not cleaned and short on washer fluid. The cost of cleaning and the purchase of the fluid was reimbursed to me upon my return.
