101 West End Avenue Luxury Apartments

We really enjoy it at 101 WEA. The building has friendly, responsive, and helpful staff, terrific amenities including a lounge and 24-hour fitness center, and great maintenance and upkeep of the property.

101 West End is in a great location by the Lincoln Center. It is close to buses and trains. However it is a very quiet building and neighborhood. I would highly recommend this building since it is very clean and well kept. If you ever need maintenance in your apartment for any reason they will be quick to respond to such issues. The staff is very professional and helpful specially Brandy Zarle and the Resident Manager John Coyne who constantly show goodness in caring. How nice it is to feel valued! This year I will have 8 years in this building and I am so happy to be a resident of 101 West End. Although I live alone I feel very safe here surrounded by amazing neighbors. It is in reach to so many cultural attractions and entertainment within walking distance while still being in a tranquil area. :)

Working with the leasing office to get an apartment here was an absolutely seamless experience. Thank you to Zayna for showing me the place and being super professional and courteous. Shout out to Stephen Keebler for being super easy to work with and straight forward, and providing me a fantastic deal on a great apartment. Have not had a chance to enjoy them yet, but the amenities look top notch!

In a single word: Wow! A month ago, we relocated to 101 West End Avenue, and since then, our experience with everyone from Dermot management, leasing agents, maintenance staff, to the concierge has been absolutely incredible. The move-in process was smooth and straightforward. Everything was ready and waiting for us by our move-in date, showcasing their genuine care and effort to ensure tenant satisfaction. The building itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and welcoming. The amenities are exceptional, but what truly stands out is the amazing team that runs it all. Lyle and Brandy in management, Toni in the leasing office, Chris in maintenance, and our fantastic doormen have all made us feel completely at home. We're delighted with our decision to move here. For anyone looking for a place in this area, this is it. You're close to the park, subway stations, Lincoln Center, supermarkets, restaurants, and excellent schools. We're confident you'll love it here just as much as we do!

This is simply the best place to live in New York City! Sounds superlative, but it was oh so true for me. It was my first apartment in New York City. I moved here to live for a year to help my daughter with her children while she was in grad school. I chose a studio apartment in this building, because it was near where she was living. And every day that I walked in the sliding doors to the lobby at 101 I was so happy to be living here. Every employee in this building went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I got to know the concierges, the porters, people in the office... And each one of them is my favorite! I am not exaggerating a bit when I say that I felt truly at home when I would walk in each evening. I was VERY happy here for the year that I was lucky enough to call it home. I was sad when my year was up and I returned to my home in another state. But it was a wonderful experience and delightful memory. 101 West End is close to so many wonderful things. Not only is it very near Lincoln Center, Juilliard, and Fordham University, but it is also walking distance to Central Park to the east. It is just a few blocks from Columbus Circle with great shopping and eating spots. The apartment building is only a block and a half from the Hudson which is a delightful place to be in the day or in the lovely lights of the evening. The 15th floor terrace was a favorite place to go and relax to read a book, or just to look out over the scenery of the upper west side. If you are at all social, there are gatherings and exercise groups enough to help everyone get acquainted in this delightful building. The floor to ceiling windows in my apartment let in so much natural light that it put you in a good mood just to wake up in the morning. I cannot say enough superlative things about the people and the building. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for "their happy place."
