Parc Coliseum Apartments

I recently signed a new lease with Parc Coliseum and am so happy with the leasing team and their support. Rafael, in particular, has been so lovely to work with! Compared to other buildings in the area, where it was all about the money and the leasing team was incredible inflexible, Rafael has been accommodating and wonderful!

I am an older, single lady, and deeply grateful for the many workers who consistently greet me with smiles every day, doors held open as needed, and, especially , immediate service for any repairs or adjustments in my apartment. Parcels are held carefully at the front desk and I am notified immediately for all deliveries, I have been continually grateful to be here !

The units are large, clean, and newly renovated, the concierge and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is cant-beat!

The leasing team, especially Rafael who worked on my lease, were very helpful, responsive, timely, and accommodating. Very kind and attentive doormen as well.
