Very pleased with service and value @ Tinelli's Allstate. Pete Lemza and team have shown to be proactive in evaluating my needs, to make sure I have necessary coverage but also to keep costs down. They have also been very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend.

Very Bad Customer Service.I call for a quote and staff name Sharry picked up and asked my phone number incase get disconnected,She told me that she will call today and let me know the insurance cost. I said ok. I waited one week and call back in their office and another employee picked the phone and said, she will convey my message to sherry. After a week I call back again & sherry told me, she never gotten the message. I said fine.Sherry told me to take the defensive driving class for me to save the money. I said ok.Once I finish my driving class I call the insurance again for the quote. She said I will not give to any quote. Therefore I came to this conclusion to review Frank Tinelli allstate office.

Can't say enough about the service and professionalism of this agency. Pete Lemza is my agent and has always been incredibly helpful, informative and focused on making things easy for me. Highly recommended.
