      image Agency representatives refused to help me file an accident report. Even when I showed up to the agency in-person, they told me to leave and file a claim online. I had questions about the online report, which is why I'd sought help. I became frustrated because the agents weren't willing to help me. So I visited the Allstate office in Trumansburg instead. A representative there was happy to assist me. I transfered my accounts to that office because I was disappointed by the customer service at Brad Scott's agency.
