      image My family had used Pamela Radin for years. I got my six month auto policy to review, along with the invoice, just two weeks ago. I mailed the check to the Baldwin office and got no Email confirmation. When I phoned them on Aug 21, I was told "she is not with Allstate anymore". In fact, no agent took up her policies. I was left without an agent - and I had to stop payment on the check. How could Allstate just close down an office and not inform clients? The only reason I found out, was my phone call. If I did not call, my policy would have been canceled at midnight. Very disappointed in her.
