Took forever to speak to agent, worker doesnt speak English... Sent all notifications to the wrong address and building after I repeat it my address and said I have a son with the same name and he is a junior at a different building and apartment number they didn't listen except for one worker, who should be the manager Tatiana. Never a response from managing agent...Told different stories... being rushed off the phone...Was not helpful at all took over a week or so and then found out they sent.. my claim to someone else, my son wrong building wrong apartment now they had to redo the whole claim after I told them I am not my son big mess big mess now people is waiting to repair my place and I'm still not sure what I'm covered for over 2 week.? Never use them again don't use them go somewhere else...for quality service... OMG I realize all these reviews are not just for Allstate they're also for the restaurant right next door Chinese, crazy... Be careful who you choose
