I did a pre-employment drug test here earlier today. The process was very quick. There was no line or large group of people waiting. The staff were very professional and kind. I highly recommend this location compared to other locations which might be too crowded or have longer lines.

Stop complaining most of the people going there have dirty urine test and want to be passed and the women with the dreadlocks is very strict and will not pass you because your begging. Go somewhere else if you are not satisfied there are plenty other locations and you will see the same thing. I see nothing wrong with this location and Ive been going for years.

Had an appointment for our toddler to get lab work done, just convincing her to go and get pumped up and brave to give blood was a job in itself. We scheduled our appointment weeks in advance and based our whole Saturday schedule on getting this done. We get to the facility to find out they are closed on Saturdays now I guess due to COVID. Why would their office schedule an appointment then for Saturday and not even had the decency to call people and let them know there is a change in the hours so we could re-schedule. I even called twice on the Friday before to confirm the appointment and no one called me back. Mind you we then had to run to another lab to get the blood work done.Terrible customer service, very inconsiderate.

Really bad service! Couldnt even get the blood after trying for 3 times. The technician who helped me is mean. Not happy at all.
