The staff are a well oiled machine. When she took blood I didn't even feel it. The staff very nice, and professional! They deserve a good bonus!

My visit was exceptional...The staff was so helpful, professional, and very courteous...It was a great experience all around.. Needed bloodwork for upcoming surgery and they were very efficient. Highly recommend.

I walked in at 730, I brought in my appt paper instead of my lab order- the older technician/MA wasnt very accommodating nor kind- I asked if it can be faxed she said fax will take 20 minutes to start- I asked if it can be emailed there was no response other than it needs to be a hard copy which doesnt make sense because once you print it, it is a hard copy. Thankfully I remembered that I had a printout in my car so I went back upstairs. Then I was told to wait in the waiting room, even though she was done with her patient, she continued to talk to her for 10 minutes. Now the time is 755 -8 and my blood is still not drawn. Its rude and disrespectful, unacceptable behavior. Luckily the younger sweet MA was nice enough to do it herself. Regardless, I will not return to this location.
