    totally a waste of time i dont recommend this dealership they even make you purchase car insurance without even having a bank approval and it looks like they also judge you for your credit and make you feel disappointed like i said dont recommend this dealerships i deal with Diony never again never go back again update

    Highly recommend Paragon! Worked with Pete & Jahsid, they didn't have the car I came to see but Pete was able to find a car in the pipeline that was coming soon that was an even better match. While I was there I tested a base model, but took a chance buying the CPO car unseen when it came in due to the difficulty of me traveling there. Car was in great condition when Jahsid delivered it to my house!

    Purchased a TLX Type S as an out of state buyer, purchasing experience was very long, whole process took almost a whole month. Sales guy was nice and all dont get me wrong, had the car for about 2 months and I love it. Considering this was a CPO vehicle I considered the tire repair kit and battery to be in good working order. Had to jump start the car twice after 2 really cold days and tire repair kit was never in the trunk, wished I noticed those things on the day of pick up. Emailed the sales men and manager regarding these small issues and never got a response. If someone is buying a car from this place check everything before leaving the dealer! Update 2/2/24: Sales person called me the next day and assured me he would work things out with me. While I don't completely agree with the battery situation, it is what it is! Since it has been replaced already out of my own pockets. But they assured me they would send out the tire repair kit, so thanks for that! Hopefully you guys can improve the experience for out of state buyers as well. Update 3/18/2024: After numerous messages/emails from myself to the people of Paragon Acura, no response whatsoever in the last 6 weeks. I never received anything regarding the tire repair kit either.
