I made an appointment for an oil change at 11 AM. I arrived on time and after waiting in line and listening to the sales associate ask the man in front of me if he had an appointment, the sales associate told me that they do not take appointments and the wait would be 2.5 hours. When I said I would wait, the sales associate went to speak with a manager, came back and told me they were booked for the day as per the manager.

I came to check my wheel alignment, I got to the location a little bit after 8:00 am. Two costumers were ahead of me. I ended up waiting for 3 hours. And the reason the job was done was because I told the "manager" I couldn't stay later than 11:15. I would strongly advise people to stay away from this place. If I could tell you the stories I was told by other costumers, it's just scary. I think people should come with a lawyer to this place. To tell you the truth to come to a place for a wheel alignment and wait for 3 hours it's just plain pathetic. Wheel alignment doesn't take more than 20 minutes. And I haven't told you yet what happened after. They left the steering wheel unlevel. I had to drive back there again which I wasn't planning to. I never wanted to go back. I had to, they did a shoddy job. I saw the guy doing the alignment, he was differently somewhere else in his mind. Either that or he just plain didn't know what he was doing. Terrible just terrible. When I went back the second time, "the manager " told me that they don't fix screw ups. He literally said, we are not supposed to that. Meaning, who the knows what he meant by that. I can honestly say this place is under everything. Understaffed, under qualified, under professional. If you ask me, I think this people have no clue what they are going. Good luck....

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Do not bring your car here. My family has been bringing out cars to Sears auto in valley stream for years however due to the pandemic that location has since closed. Weve brought our car here twice thus far and each time weve brought it here theyve been very dishonest and customer service is HORRENDOUS. They will charge you for services not needed and not care. This place has the worst customer service and are unwilling to explain and listen to the needs of the customer. Complete fraud. This location is very unkept and looks nothing like the picture. I understand with the pandemic things have been extremely stressful but that does mean you take it out on the people that are paying for your services especially when the customer is being extremely patient.
