Went for a second in person interview with Sharlene, arrived 20 minute before interview, waited over a half hour and then received a "candidate declined, or not moving forward" email from them while I was sitting in the lobby for my interview. I then received a email a day later from the branch saying "sorry you're not longer interested in the position". Even when they're the ones who declined me! This place is disrespectful to potential employees and I highly don't recommend trying to work here. They'll waste your time, schedule a interview with you and then cancel once you're there waiting to be called in for a interview for no reason at all. Waste of time and money, no wonder why they're understaffed.

Absolutely horrible do yourself the favor and read the reviews. Yeshka is a terrible banker she just set my business account up with telling me and my partner little to no info about it. Through trial and error weve had to undo EVERY SINGLE THING SHE SET UP!!! If you are a business person DO NOT BANK WITH CITIZENS. YOUR ACCOUT WILL BE CONSTANTLY OVERDRAWN THE APP IS SEVERELY OUTDATED WITH NO WAY CURRENT TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR FINANCES(which I believe is by design) AND WHAT BANK DOESNT HAVE ZELLE FOR AN BUSINESS ACCOUNT. Thats just a few of the MAJOR THINGS Ive encountered I will be closing my account as soon as I get back to NY. GOOD RIDDENS

I discovered I was a victim of bank fraud with my account at citizens, ~10k. I have been attempting to contact the claim department to follow-up with information, without success. I was told I'll be contacted in 2-3 business days. This bank does not put their customers first. I've been attempting to call my local branch for any information regarding the claim for 45m, with the call just terminating after 5m. 0/5 Stars, do not bank with citizens.
