Very shabby environment,a slum, gives one a feeling the place is dirty. But they get the job done. I went to one in a different locale and it was sooo much nicer. Where is Quest management?

Updated review on Dec. 4th, 2023:
I went there for my 10:40 appt. There was quite a waiting because of a patient whose doctors office didnt complete the request for her visit. There was only one gentleman working there and I could so see he was trying his best to assist patients. When it was my turn, he was efficient and professional. I was happy with my experience.
I was worried going there after reading reviews but my experience was excellent! The staffs were friendly and professional. My appointment was 7:30; i arrived there at 7:20 and left at 7:55! Antoinette was great! I didnt feel any pain at all.

Would not return. After 2 1/2 weeks test results still had not been sent to myself or my doctor. I had to reschedule an appointment because of this that was intended to go over the results. It was only once I contacted the support chat and was redirected to a phone number that I was able to get them. They were never uploaded to the patient portal either.
