Shield Medical lab have sent a bill to collections. I have been trying to call them to get a copy of the claims # for the past three days and no one is picking up from the billing department. I call my insurance acquiring about this bill and said they see duplicates bill for same date of service. Be aware of scams and fraudulent with shield.
