CityMD Prospect Park South Urgent Care - Brooklyn

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I attended this CityMD on Friday, April 6 2024. At first, everything was okay until the doctor came into the room. This was after they took my blood work and urine. When the doctor proceeded to talk to me, he kept on asking why I wanted to get blood work once I told him why he proceeded to tell me that there was no point in getting the test I wanted because it's still in my system. I explained my situation and told him I started taking all natural herbs last year, and once I finished, I went and got tested . As I was told before, I started taking it. It would purify my blood, so in my result of the blood work, it said I had no antibodies in my system for what I got tested for. This was on multiple occasions . It's good to double-check even triple check. As I finished explaining myself, he began to tell me that's not possible. He started to get sarcastic with me. I said, "So how can you explain the multiple negative results I got. His next question was, did you get the herbs for the same doctor who told you your results/antibodies were negative or at zero. I respectfully told him that that's how he feels and that that could be his opinion, but I still have my own experience. We don't have to agree. The doctor was just very unprofessional, argumentative, scary, and kept trying to be persuasive. When you tell a doctor, you're taking herbs it's like they slowly start to reek of frustration and get threatened. Beware of people who work in the medical field . There's a lot that they don't want you to find due to the fact that it takes away from their money. If we don't know anything about natural herbs, we just get medicine from doctors, people we believe to be honest and experienced. If we find out there's a healthier way than, of course,we're gonna take that route. If we do take that route, it's less money for them. Think about it 1 plus 1 equals 2.

Great service from start to finish. The front desk was very helpful the scribes were so patient and polite while the Doctors exceptional service.
