The replaced zipper on a backpack broke after couple of days. The repair on beat up shoes was great and reasonably priced.

Make sure to be specific of what you need done on your shoe, not that they should add taps without asking you and than you have to pay for it.

Express shoe repair did a professional work in repairing my favorite black dress shoes. I recommend everyone give this establishment your business.

Very sloppy work. Brought in three pairs of shoes to replace heels. $50.00 Left rips and dents in shoes and black marks around heels. Very disappointed.

I asked them to fix my shoes for me, and I thought they did. The next day, the shoes just fell apart. That should say enough.

This place doesn't seem to be in business anymore as evidenced by the blank white awning and shuttered exterior.
