Terrible!!! I brought in some boots to be re-soled and he glued knock-off treads (after charging me extra for the nicer brand) on, only to have the bottoms fall entirely off due to terrible glue within two days! Also, did damage to the shape of the boot by shaving part of the shoe off, an entirely unnecessary step. Took 11 days, cost $90, and was the worst experience with shoe repair I’ve ever had. DON’T GO!!

BEWARE!
I came in asking for a stitch. He said he can glue it, I said no. He proceeded to glue it anyway, did a LOUSY job even at that, and then charged me $20! For a few drops of unevenly placed glue!
