Maxim and his idiot, illegal immigrant Hispanic helper (who speaks perfect "I don't know, it's wasn't my job, it's not my store, everybody complains about the other guy") gave every excuse in the book for their crappy work ethic. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

They darned a very thick winter sock with leather and fixed a stud on my backpack for $20 total, and it only took a few hours. Very friendly, fast service!

I dropped off my boots on a Saturday afternoon and was given a timeframe of an hour and half. When I came back two hours later he had not even started work on my boots. He asked me to come back Sunday and despite being annoyed I agreed. When I did return Sunday he had not only not started on my shoes, they were missing. He tried to distract me by keeping me waiting, but finally admitted he left the shoes on the counter and someone had walked off with them. I was livid. He tried to offer me $75 which was less than half the cost of the boots. Me trying to get a simple repair at this place put me $150 bucks in the whole plus wasted two days of my time. DO NOT GO HERE.

The dude is a creep. Creepily touched my hand (MULTIPLE TIMES) and was just being very sleezy with me. This happened years ago, but i just read the reviews again to see if this place still sucked and clearly it does. oh well.
