        Fantastic service!!!! We have our home and auto policies with the Putman Insurance Agency. Putman provides the absolute best service for their customers as we always get a quick response to all of our inquiries! Also, it is very convenient to visit their office and have a question answered or pick up an insurance card for a vehicle, etc. The Putman team certainly places customer service first and foremost!         The lady in the pink in the picture was a bad host, I walked in and wasnt greeted only asked what I wantedas if I wasnt allowed in their, was discriminated because of our color, and they had kids running around, didnt even try to help me or give me any customer service, and cut me off when I was talking and then said they arent doing insurance on BMWS I wouldnt recommend at ALLL

      • Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! We are always looking for ways we can better our service and practices for customers and potential customers. Currently, the insurance industry is headed into what is known in the industry as a “tough market.” This means insurance carriers are becoming stricter on their requirements for writing new business, which, unfortunately can mean excluding new business for certain makes of vehicles. It looks like when this information was provided by the agent and going through with the quote was still offered, you elected to obtain a quote elsewhere because we couldn’t guarantee your BMW would be accepted. Furthermore, since we are a family owned and operated business, one of the perks is that we are a family friendly office. We have coloring books and a small selection of toys to keep children occupied while their parents come into our office for their insurance needs. Additionally, from time to time our team member brings her children to the office. We are saddened that we did not have an outlet for your new policy and wish you luck in your insurance endeavors and should your needs change, we are always here and happy to help! Thank you so much!
