I walked in and there were no packaging materials to purchase. I said I needed a box for one of the gifts I was sending. The rep immediately asked if he could unwrap the gifts to see what they were instead of asking me if there was anything liquid, perishable, flammable etc.. like every other time Ive shipped something in my life. I said gifts for my family and he immediately assumed I was shipping illegal substances. He insisted on wanting the boxes/bags cut open and undo all my wrapping/packaging so he could see each item. I wondered for a second if I was actually in the TSA line instead of my local shipping store. He asked me to type in all the the address info into an ancient computer to print the labels myself even though everything was written on the box. While I began trying to use the computer, he continued to lecture me like I was a criminal about adult and illicit items I shouldnt be shipping because I refused to let a stranger go through my package. Incredibly demeaning and a waste of time. left and used another carrier, please dont patronize this shop.
