Every time i go in that store the employees are so helpful and so nice(employees Jennie and Dionisio). Today i went in and couldnt figure how to return a package and together they both figured out for me. They so friendly with everyone that comes in and funny too. they make that play so nice to go in. they greet you the minute you walk in and make your visit so helpful. cant say enough about them but i go there all the time cause their so helpful and are always so friendly. wish other places were like that! its good to see all the employees getting along and all helping all without hesitation!

Not only does this store have slow service but they are also rude. They charge $2.15 "set up" fee to load a document from an email and press print. The fees are not posted and the set up fee cost more than the actual printing. This is a ripoff. If someone wasn't waiting for in me in the parking lot for the documents, I would have walked out. Especially after Kenny (who I think is the owner) was rude about it when I pointed to the sign by the computer where it looked like the fees were displayed and it didn't show the setup fee. He told me the sign was irrelevant because it was for printing from that computer. Except that the email address for submitting docs was also posted there. He even tried to humiliate me in front of the other customers who were lined up to the door. I've never printed at UPS before but I frequently do it at office max, staples, FedEx, local shops and even the library because I'm a mobile notary. No one charges a stupid setup fee to print 12 pages in black and white on plain paper. At FedEx I can do a self serve print from a code after emailing the doc for 19 cents a page. I'm not the one who doesn't know what other places charge. I won't be printing at UPS again especially not this store.
Your reply to my review is to try the online print service. You could have referred me to that while I was in store questioning your pricing because you didn't print my document until after I paid. I would have been much happier to use that service than be overcharged and deal with your rudeness about it. AND I wouldn't have left this review!

I love the team at this UPS store! Everyone is always so helpful. Today Jimena was the fabu associate who helped me. I had trouble scanning something to return & she helped me perfectly! But all associates are so proactive & attentive! Spontaneously offering to help customers w/unwieldy packages, excellent assistance with tricky ID stuff. Im so glad this store is right by my house!

Was charged $14 to mail letter not a Package To make it there on friday Guaranteed. And now it's telling me Monday. Should have used FedEx.

Rude. A woman was berated for the state of a box her return was in. When she explained that it was in the condition she received it, she was met with, Well what am I supposed to do with it? They push to use self service if you have a code but then berate you when you dont complete it to their satisfaction. Never again. Ill go out of my way to another store.
