The UPS Store - Closed

Opened 20 minutes late. Maybe this is a little passive aggressive to leave a bad review, but come on. If you have posted hours, it probably is a good idea to stick to them. Open on time.

I had given this UPS Store a 5 star review. Well that has changed, it is now a 1 star thanks to the owner, a woman and I don't know her name, who was very rude refusing to help, said you had to go home and print out the label, on the way out another customer told us that they would print it out for $2. Went back in to another worker, who said they do this . But had to get the owners permission. She said ok in a very rude manner. The workers seem nice, and have always been great. Much better than the other one close by. An owner this Rude! Probably won't be an owner for long. They have lost our business.

Unfortunately, cannot give a lower rating. I was returning 2 packages to Amazon. My connection was slow to get the return code. The very rude lady me told me she would come back when I got the code, turned around and walked off. It was no more than a couple of seconds later when the code finished uploading. I cannot believe this woman was ever hired. Terrible customer service. I was the only one in the store at the time.
