Conducted business here on two different occasions. First was on a Sunday before Christmas. There were two women working that day. One of them waited outside with me as the lady with the keys was 10 minutes late. Second time the lady who was late had an attitude with me. Thank goodness stores like this are a dime a dozen. I won't be back and I'll make certain I let everyone know about this location. The U at this UPS store stands fore USELESS.

The staff is friendly and they are always trying to have fun and lighten things up over the last year. This store has a good team!

I have a mailbox here so that my mail doesn't get stolen and I usually visit 4-5 times a week to grab mail! The ladies at the front are extremely nice and helpful, but I do recommend trying not to go during busy hours or else the line can get quite long. My package was also damaged when shipping out and they gave me a full refund and insurance covered the cost of the item as well which was extremely nice.
