I recently came to this store with my sisters to print some last minute documents for our dads funeral. Despite all the changes, questions and specific requests- Matt reminded professional, helpful and kind. Without his help we wouldnt have been prepared for the service. Overall he was very effective and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. The pricing was fair, and was quick enough to get us in and out. Thank you Matt and team for all your effort- it was very much appreciated!!!

Matt and the team at the Paseo FedEx are always cheerful and my print and shipping work have always been on time. This is the store to go to when you need a job done on time.

Matt, store Manager, very arrogant and less than helpful. I was doing a return, an agreement between Walmart and Fed Ex with scan code. Item was delivered without box but Matt wouldn't accept or contact Walmart (per agreement) to make arrangements. He refused to write a note to Walmart or put his name on anything stating he refused to accept pre-scanned Item. He did offer to sell me a $22 box for the "free return...

Do not try and bother shipping packages here if you actually want them. Their "security" policies are very poorly written and stated so I wasted my time going in. The manager is rude and not apologetic for customers wasting their time either.
