I regret being employed with this company just greedy, they don't reward thier caregivers. Not a very company to work for..

Adrianna Abeita and the Pink Team have been wonderful to work with. There have been no difficult hurdles to jump to get the care that we are receiving here at home. The health caregiver (Philip) has been attentive and helpful. He is accommodating to our needs.

We have been with the company for over 10 yrs as a client and an employee. Going from Heritage home health care to now Good Samaritan the customer service is terrible. They don't have any care in the world if your upset or get paid. They have shorten our pay checks and act like its no big deal. ( lets see if they pay us . Its going to be a fight) The app never works They don't care about their employees. Never follows up on paper work. Once we find another company to move my client best believe we are moving. Supervisor Maryann has such an attitude. Like really it's one day nice the next day just rude.. so un called for

Their motto is that if you have a complaint is that there are plenty of other companies that you can choose said by my care uncoordinader Maryann! She will lie, and is very rude! Choose a different company. A few months later after they replied, and a friend that has them said that nothing has changed. I have First Care now, and they are awesome. Oh yeah, keep your silverware hidden, she, V, got most of it!

I was not a client for long. Technically I still am but I am currently working to change that. Good Samaritan formerly Heritage has changed their name for a reason. To try and hide the shady and bad behaviors. They decided I have bed bugs and require me to get my home sprayed. I do not have bed bugs, and they refused to take the word of an exterminator on this fact and will only allow me to get care if I pay the hundreds of dollars for an unnecessary treatment that my pest service provider refuses to do since its UNNECESSARY. The reality is they do not want to place another carer with me. I had two. Both were very bad fit and abusive. They went with bed bugs as an excuse to not serve me. My insurance provider is aware of this and they no longer are listed on the waiver provider list. This does NOT shock me since if they refuse to hire people who pass background checks and do not abuse people? They're not safe to have on that list. Do not use or trust this company. Their carers will hit you, they will gaslight you and lie, they will shame you for having anything out of order when the entire reason you need a caregiver is you cannot take care of yourself without assistance. Good Samaritan is anything but Good or emulating the biblical Good Samaritan. They're greedy, corrupt, and cruel.
