Caregivers didn't hang up wet towels and wash cloths after using them. One even put a very wet item in the hamper with dry dirty laundry. Another left a wet washcloth in standing water. They didn't know the difference between a tea kettle and a teapot and one put a jar of honey in the refrigerator where it would solidify and not pour. I could go on listing the basic things that they did not know. Although some were more knowledgeable than others, I had to do a lot of training of caregivers! Their main virtue was that I felt they were honest.

Servaus is like an extension to our family after a month of service. We are especially appreciative of their flexibility to work different shifts in a day and for various times. Administration is responsive to our needs and concerns and caregivers help in so many ways around the house. Servaus is a wonderful compliment with our separate hospice providers.

Servaus home care is an amazing company with amazing employees who go above and beyond for their clients and also work really well with employees schedules and time. The supervisor and ceo are super nice people who make sure day or night that the clients have the care they need. I would highly recommend them to anyone and my family personally.

Servaus Homecare Services has shown to be reliable, flexible, assertive, patient and professional. Servaus Homecare management is capable and continues to be supportive team members. Very understanding. Willing to put in the extra work, catering to the many different healthcare needs of the clientele. I Highly recommend!!
