Interim HealthCare of Albuquerque

I was a patient of Interim Home Health Care for almost a year. I was assigned 4 different nurses (Tasha, Pablo, Becki and Tessa). Three of these nurses are no longer with the agency and the fourth made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Many times the nurses forgot to take pictures of my wounds after they were dressed so they sent previous pictures so that my insurance company would approve additional visits. The agency also had extremely questionable billing and supply practices which will be addressed by my insurance carrier.

This company is amazing. I have been treated like family since the day I started. They have good communication which is something businesses can sometimes lack. Patients take top priority and they go to great lengths to provide the best care.

This company truly cares about not just the patient but their employees. I am treated as a valued member of the team. I appreciate upper management they are approachable and really look to help you grow professionally. The staff is focused on helping you problem solve, they dont leave you to figure it out on your own. I also appreciate that I am encouraged to focus on having a good work- life balance!! I highly recommend working for Interim Healthcare!

Im writing this review as both an employee and a healthcare advocate. The Interim HHC team has been a pleasure to work with and work for. As a practitioner, I genuinely trust in the teams ability to provide thorough & comprehensive care, and to carry out effective, safe and thoughtful treatments. The entire care team meets weekly to review patient cases and concerns, one of many efforts made to cultivate teamwork and job satisfaction, while also improving patient care and outcomes. I couldnt speak more highly of this business and absolutely recommend it as the best option in town for home health services! Go team

My nurse was smart, knowledgeable in wound care (wound vac), and a wonderful compassion ate person. The office had difficulty scheduling my nurses visits because they were not coordinating with the insurance company
