      image I touched everything they had out on display. And they encouraged it.... Carefully. I made one alarm go off and they were ok with that too. I didn't get everything I needed but not because of the sales guy. He was great. But I was there because of the insurance. And he did what he was supposed to. And saved me money too.

      image I stayed on the phone on HOLD ( which I call FORGET) THEY never answered even answered!!! On call for at least 27 minutes!!
