        OK data plans poor costumer service I call the operator many times for about 30 minuets and no one answers and no one is still answering I am fine with the service but for crist sake people answer the phone I shouldn't have to call 10 plus times to get an answer and still not receive an answer

        Boost mobile, as a whole, sucks. The offices are never open, customers service on the phone never understands why Im calling and They sold me a lemon phone and told me I had to keep it and file a claim. And when I told him I was changing carriers after being with him for four years, they told me that I wouldnt be able to take my phone to a different carrier for 12 months. But why would I take a broken phone to another carrier? It doesnt work poor service all around goodbye for Boost. Im moving onto Verizon.
