Poor service. Employees didnt want to help switch out SIMS card to a different phone. Had to go to a different AT&T store that was more professional.

All i gotta say is DO NOT go to this location. They will NOT help you with anything that you need and will make you call customer service to even screw you over more. Go to the corporate store on Coors Bypass, it is definitely worth the wait and it was so easy to resolve the issue we had.

I had the worst customer service there by a Manager by the name Colton. I went in the store to drop off my trade in and he refused to take it only because he saw I had a box with a shipping label. He was rude and stated he was not going to be liable for the phone as it was not his responsibility. Mind you, Ive done this every time I do an upgrade and AT&T gave me that option as well. Another thing was that the store was not busy at all there was no one in there except an employee the Manager and myself. The other employee was actually nice and wanted to take it but he refused for no good reason. Could I have gone to a UPS and dropped it off? Yes, but I prefer to drop it off at a local store to ensure its taken care of and it gets there. I hope that this Manager learns to use his skills better and learns how to treat customers. What a shame for the store located at 3600 Coors Blvd NW
