David is friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, and I get the impression that he is very proud of his workplace and his team. He made the entire experience a true pleasure.

I went to a main Verizon store.earlier looking for a Sim card so I could buy used iPhone SE from Amazon for my son. The main office sent us over to a contract Verizon store. We went to the one at Mesilla Valley Mall in Las Cruces New Mexico. There we were greeted by a helpful kind knowledgeable & honest person who told me he would check for coupons and promotions for my Verizon account. He told me about so much available that I knew nothing about that I was able to take care of several things our family actually really needed. Every step of the way, I could tell Alexander S was a very honest and personally kind person. The worker to his left I didnt get his name, but he was also cluing us in on small things here and there that showed me he had the same kind spirit Alexander S did. I mean they really took sincere quality time and work with people there. It was really helpful that they worked through things at a natural unrushed pace. They deserve to be known for the really good work that they do through their own personal kind initiative.

Terrible service here do not go! After setting up an appt there , I was told they had an iPhone 13 there in black and was told by the rep they dont have it and I needed to get iPhone 14. He comes out and says it will be about 200.00. He said I needed to get the full package even if though I was just needing a charger and phone since my sons grandparents wanted to buy the case and screen for him. I let him know and he refused to sell it to me. Then said I doubt you will find anyone who would sell you just the phone and block charger. Since I worked for Verizon before and I know someone will or another location will. Well I did at the Verizon on Northrise. Do not bring your business to this location. The they apparently dont need it even though every employee was just standing around. If I could give zero stars I would!
