        Warning, this store will do anything to suck money out of your pocket. I bought some small item on Amazon and pickup at this store. They charged me $5 for every small package to pickup, and I have to pay tax for the pickup fee. I was told that this is their local store policy which I never heard of at other places. I will never go back to this store because I do not want to encourage this kind of business practice!

        I was at UPS around 11am today April 9 to return an item to Amazon. I wish I had asked the name of the young woman who helped me. I'm elderly, been sick and didn't bring my oxygen. I was fine except shaky and a little confused. This young employee could not have been more patient and helpful. Thank you for a great experience with UPS service.

        Steve and Cassie, I am so grateful for this store especially the close location. Very easy and simple to drop off Amazon returns. I also love that yall take USPS packages too. I no longer have to go to the post office, way quicker.
