This customer service here used to be very good.but not today. I came here to ship a package. I called before I made the trip across town to ask if they would let me use some tape to finish taping up my box because I live twenty miles out of town and had everything but the tape. The woman was rude, short, not friendly at all and said I could buy a roll. I said okay, I understand. I asked if they could use an electronic label or if I needed to print it off. She told me they would charge me $1 plus tax to email the label to them and print it. Again, I understand. When I got to the store, the same woman that I spoke to on the phone waited on me. She was not polite or friendly AT ALL when I came in and asked to use their little counter area to finish packaging my small package. She almost seemed inconvenienced like I should have done it before I got to the mail store. I ended up needing a smaller box and asked her for her advice on the size I should use. I let her know I was on a tight budget and wanted to get the smallest one possible. She shrugged and said its up to you what size you usein my experience of using mail stores for the last thirty years of my life; the experienced mail store employees have always been more than happy to help with this process.NOT THIS WOMAN. It was incredibly apparent that she did not want me in her store or at the very least was not the slightest bit interested in helping me. I ended up just paying for the label she printed for meafter she verified my name (my email I supplied wasnt good enoughshe had to have my name even though I was one of the only persons in the store and the only one who had requested a printed label via email.) HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I will not be back here or recommend it ever againHope the owners do some customer service training!! (I even asked her if they had new owners or managementshe begrudgingly said no new ownersthats all she said.wow. This country has gone to hell.)
