I cannot say enough about what an amazing workout and nutrition clinic this is! Max does it right! If you haven't tried it, you should!

Apparently they don't feel the need to let their members know that they are closing their doors.

Dropped in while visiting, had some great coaching and a wonderful workout. Apache CrossFit is well organized and the members made us feel very welcome.
