Recently started attending classes at this studio and couldnt be happier with my experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and Carissa, the instructor, is exceptional. Her step-by-step instructions make it easy to follow along, even for beginners like myself. She is constantly providing gentle corrections and adjustments to ensure everyone maintains proper form throughout the entire class. Highly recommend this studio!

Coastline is a wonderful studio! Convenient class times available on their schedule. Instructors are super knowledgable and classical to their approach - which is a PLUS! I highly recommend Coastline Pilates to anyone looking for a Pilates studio in the area.

I have been going to Coastline Pilates for six months for semi-privates with Renee and I have never been more impressed with a Pilates instructor! Within a few sessions it became evident Renee is extremely thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable in designing my program. She teaches with a warm and calm approach which is so refreshing and fun! Training with Renee is tough work but her organized and consistent instruction help you achieve results like I have never experienced before. She has this ability to pull that extra little bit from you in every session, beyond what you think you are capable of achieving. I highly recommend Coastline Pilates!!
