        My daughter and I attended Dr. Odette Russel's women's self defense workshop. In 2.5 hours she empowered us by giving us situational awareness, demonstrations on how to use everyday items as self defense tools and ways to get out of an uncomfirrable situation before violence becomes needed. Drills were part of the workshop as well as some important statistics on violence. Thank you for hosting this valuable and important program.

        SUNDAY is the day that I get to release and refill . Release the prior week and fill up with great energy for my week to come I start my week with a Sunday workout with coach Curtis I usually don't get up early on Sundays but I feel like it's NEEDED for me . I appreciate the time and dedication that coach Curtis has ,you can tell it's his passion it shows in his training sessions . Try it out you won't be disappointed!!!!!
