Mariella Gonzalez is very professional. She is very knowledgeable and always at the top of her game. She always goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. I walked into the store a couple months ago and was greeted by John Rudinski, we were just browsing for wedding bands and until then we really hadn't found anything we loved. He showed me something that went with my engagement ring right away and I loved it & knew it was the one I wanted. My fiance was even able to find a ring he really liked, since he's not into jewelry. John told us about a sale and we made our appointment to come back in a couple months to make our purchase. We're both extremely happy with the service he provided us and he was very knowledgeable on their product line. I will ask for his help any time I come back.

My fianc and I went into London jewelers to browse for wedding rings during the holidays. My family has trusted London jewelers for years and now with my own wedding ring shopping experience, I definitely understand why! We were greeted by Sadhana, who was incredibly helpful throughout our shopping. She quickly understood the styles we were looking for and began showing us some really beautiful options. Sadhana found the exact ring I was envisioning, and helped my fianc find his perfect ring as well! We quickly went from browsing to purchasing due to the gorgeous selection of rings and the incredible help we were provided by Sadhana and the rest of her London jewelers colleagues! Had a great time picking up my new tudor watch. The atmosphere was great and so was the service. Fran, Lisa and everyone there was great. If you need a watch please go here as it was the best overall experience.
