        Ive had this watch for less than a week, and brought it in to do basic servicing (remove a link & try new straps). The representative who worked on my watch didnt clean the table top, which had debris from some other work. Now my watch bezel is scratched up. This is really careless.

        This is my "home boutique" and I've had nothing but good experiences. I've purchased multiple pieces & accessories here and have been treated like a king on each visit. A special shout out goes to David, who always takes time out to see me even when I'm just there to browse and see what's come in recently. After having visited double-digit Omega boutiques and countless other watch dealers, I can say pretty comfortably that Omega Short Hills is the cream of the crop.
