        The service is horrible. Our tv didn't work from January till March 10th. Couldn't get a credit even though they came out to the house and had to replace the outside cable all the way to the pole. They then shut off all our services and land line phone without any notice and are now saying we can't have our phone number back that we have had for 64 years. We now are told to wait four more days till they can get someone to come to the house with new boxes. My mother has a broken hip and now is without tv, phone or Internet. This is ridiculous and very bad customer service.
