Optimum is the worse Horrible service! i suscribed for the service a few months ago with a packages of only internet before I know it they are charging ridiculously Double the amount said . I was not even able to view my bill online they never answer the phone big thiefs they disconnect you with no warnings even if you are a day late unreasonable, bad costumer service dont waste your time ! You be rip off too!

The guy who helped us was wonderful. We got our new phone quick and he gave us a free case for it, he paid for it himself. Great store, great products, great people. Very helpful and polite staff one even helped an elderly lady who was at the wrong mall.
