I was planning to change my phone for a while and Angie did an amazing job helping me with it She did al the back up and wipe down part and there was nothing left for me to do.. Couldnt be happier. Great staff, favorite store!!!

I've been to almost every Verizon store (corporate and franchise) in this area. I really don't have much good to say about any of them, except this one.
Anthony is awesome. If they don't have something they order it. He stays in touch and communicates and he is genuinely helpful.
I can't say enough about this store. Don't waste your time at any other Verizon store.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family! The customer service is excellent and I have never had any problems with anything I needed thanks to Luis. He is an outstanding employee and not to mention the sweetest, he always makes me feel welcomed.
