        Awful experience. Walked into this store that had more people working than customers, I wasnt greeted or acknowledged. I asked someone if I could exchange a bracelet. They told me to give them a few moments. A woman then came up to me, no hello, no words at all. I asked to make an exchange for the same product in a smaller size. She told me the item was final sale, I asked if I could just get the smaller one and she said its final sale, dont you know what final sale means. So rude. Ill never shop with Pandora.

        Please dont waste your timing coming here. I walked in & right away felt the vibe that no body wanted to work. I was asked if I needed help, I said yes and told her what I was looking for, she left & just never came back. When I asked her to show me a certain size ring, they didnt have it and directed me to Pandora in Macys. With no hesitation I walked out & went there to make my purchase!!! Please stay away and go to Pandora in Macys! Youd think theyll know youre going to shop for Christmas presents & theyll have a better selling attitude but they dont!

        Only Came to this location today because they didnt have the bracelet I wanted to exchange in stock at Bergen town center. Kristina the store manager has bad customer service, impatient and is rude. Not even sure how shes a store manager with an attitude like that. I recommend saving your time and going to another pandora.
