        I spend a lot of money in this store.. I bought a bangle around Christmas time this year. (2023) was told I could shower and sleep with my bracelets. So I did .Apparently I bent my bangle in my sleep. I brought it in and Tracy was soooo rude. She told me to take it to a jeweler to get fixed and walked away from me. She totally needs a customer service class . I went back yesterday and was approached by Sean! He didnt disregard me Mike Tracy did but yet helped me out and bevy my bangle back!!! Thank you Sean!

        I went into Ocean County Mall Pandora this afternoon 1/26/24 to exchange a broken ring. I told the woman it was a gift maybe over a year ago. She wouldnt even look at it, very rude. Go to the freehold mall much friendlier associates.

        Im in a line outside the store for 40 minutes now just to make an exchange, why a line to get in, just for an exchange? Never coming back again

        Horrible customer service. Faithful customer, spent a lot of money. Would not replace an item with defect. Go to freehold before ever going into this store.
