        customer service has been lacking on several occasions. don't open an account here. many better options all within a mile away. save yourself the headache

        Never going to this branch again . It happened 4 times with me. First when I lost my debit card, second I needed to an affidavit, third when I had to open my locker. I had to wait for more than 1 hour and then go to old bridge branch for help. Despite of waiting for 1 hour they won't attend you. Even when there is no one else except you they will not even ask you why you are waiting? or how they can help you. They should get a special training how to welcome people who have their accounts in this branch. I just needed to change my son's address on his account. Sabrina left her place when it was my turn to attend someone who just walked through the door disappeared. Not professional.
